Below is information about a Walt Disney World summer recovery dine package. We expect to provide you with more information on Monday about offers for Disneyland Resort and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa.

Eligible Guests can take advantage of a vacation package offer that includes accommodations at a select Disney Resort hotel, park admission and a Disney dining plan – valid for arrivals most nights June 1 through September 30, 2020 when you book through May 31, 2020.

This offer is valid only for Guests who booked a vacation package or room reservation to stay at a Disney Resort hotel from March 16 through May 31, 2020 (even if the park opens before then). Offer not valid for reservations cancelled before March 1, 2020.

Please note: Guests who are eligible for this offer are receiving communication directly from Disney about this opportunity, including a call-to-action to contact their travel advisor if that’s how they booked. For that reason, you should not need to promote this information broadly. If you can rebook your guests to take advantage of this dining offer and are eligible for a commission on this package under our commission policy on the Disney Travel Agents website, Disney will pay you an extra 1% (which extra 1% will equate to 10% of the regular commission due) as a one-time payment. The extra payment will be paid in June 2020.

Because we value our relationship, we will protect travel advisor commissions for Walt Disney Travel Company packages to the Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort with arrival dates in April and May 2020 that were cancelled on or after March 27, 2020, which are for guests that could not be booked for a future arrival date and which had deposit or final payment made as of March 26, 2020. The commissions will be calculated in accordance with and subject to our commission policy as posted on the Disney Travel Agents website. We expect to send commission payments on these packages within two weeks to three months. Temporarily and until further notice, for those Walt Disney Travel Company package with final payments coming due 30 days prior to arrival, guests will have until 7 days prior to arrival to make final payment. Payment may be made online or by phone.

Certain Walt Disney World Resort reservations are eligible to be cancelled online. Walt Disney Travel Company packages may be cancelled online if the package was originally booked online and if there are no third-party components in the package. To check if a package is eligible for online cancellation, please visit the Disney Travel Agents website and pull up your Client’s reservation. If you are able to cancel online, the option to do so will be shown on the page. If not, please call the Walt Disney World call center. Please note that this new offer can only be booked by calling the Disney Reservation Center.

This offer is subject to availability. Everyone in the same room must be on the same package. Theme park tickets valid for admission beginning on date of check-in and must be used within a limited number of days, depending on length of stay and ticket.
