We have created several new tools to help you when planning a Walt Disney World® vacation for your Clients.
We’ve designed a new job aid for travel professionals that highlights changes to the Walt Disney World Resort booking flow on the Disney Travel Agents website. This two-page document showcases the new online booking procedure for packages and tickets, which includes the Disney Theme Park reservation availability calendar, as well as other new messages you may see on the site while booking your Client’s vacation.
The Walt Disney World Packages job aid can be downloaded here. The Walt Disney World Tickets job aid can be downloaded here. These are designed for your use only. Please do not share it with your Clients.
For Your Clients:
As we plan for the reopening of our Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and Theme Parks, it will be important for your Clients to link their upcoming resort reservation and/or ticket to My Disney Experience as soon as possible. This will enable them to receive important communications and information about the next steps and key planning dates, including the recently announced Theme Park reservation system.

You can provide these to your Guests from the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec). Please ask them to get started at StartYourDisneyExperience.com
As a reminder, you and your Clients can find the most updated information on the Walt Disney World Resort “Know Before You Go” microsite, DisneyTravelTradeInfo.com/wdw. You can send this link to your Clients, and you can post it on your agency’s website. Thank you for your help in preparing your Clients for their visit.
